Important information when visiting our practice

The NHS visitor guidance will stay in place across all health services including GP practices, despite the COVID-19 restrictions being lifted on Monday 19 July 2021, to ensure patients and staff are protected.

Staff, patients and visitors will also be expected to continue to follow social distancing rules when visiting any care setting as well as using face coverings, mask and other personal protection equipment.

For the attention of all patients – COVID-19 Notice

In order to reduce the risk of the spreading of viruses such as COVID-19, Market Weighton Practice is now operating a full telephone triage service to all patients. Please DO NOT attend the surgery unless you have spoken to a member of staff on the phone first, and have received instructions to visit the practice. Welcome to Market Weighton Practice

 At Market Weighton Practice we provide a high standard of patient-centered care to the residents of Market Weighton and the surrounding area. We aim to treat all of our patients promptly and with dignity and respect.

Our dedicated team are here to treat minor ailments and provide specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. Online services mean you can now do many things from the comfort of your home, such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
